Kraftify runs backing infrastructure for the apps you have an agent writing. You ask for a Postgres or a game server, the box is created, and the connection string lands where the app expects it. The same catalogue is available over an MCP server, so Claude Code, OpenCode and Cursor can do the whole thing as tool calls: no browser, no dashboard, and no credential pasted into a conversation.

No region is funded yet, so kraftify deploy will not start anything. It will tell you which regions are waiting and stop. Nothing is charged and no preorder has been taken. See Region status.

Install the CLI #

No global install needed to try it.
npx kraftify-cli@latest --version

That works anywhere Node 20 or newer runs. To keep it around, install it globally instead:

npm install -g kraftify-cli
The package is live on npm as 0.0.0-preview. The preview runs entirely on your machine: kraftify init wires it into your agent, kraftify mcp runs the stdio server agents launch, kraftify preview walks the simulated tools, and kraftify status shows what is registered. Nothing is provisioned and no request leaves the machine. See the npm package.

Authentication opens a browser once, then stores a token on the machine. The same token backs the dashboard and the CLI, so you do not manage two sets of credentials.

kraftify login

Check what is available #

status is the honest first command. It lists every region and whether it is live, which today means none of them are.

kraftify status

Once a region goes live the same command shows the nodes you have and how much of each you have used.

Deploy, once there is a region #

kraftify deploy --kind postgres --name app-db --region eu

The log streams in place, and Ctrl+C detaches without stopping the target. Reattach with kraftify logs <id>.

Or wire it into your agent #

One command, any client
npx add-mcp https://mcp.kraftify.net/mcp

Then ask for a database in plain language. The recipes page has the tool calls written out, and A database for your app has the two-step version for people who want to read it first.
