# Region status

Kraftify is not running anywhere yet. Every planned region is waiting on funding, and we will not take a preorder or a card payment until a node is up. This page is the status of record.

## Planned regions

## What pending funding means

- The hardware is not bought. We would rather say that than rent something and hope.
- No preorder list. There is nothing to reserve a slot on.
- No card on file. Billing does not exist until a target exists.
- `kraftify deploy` refuses rather than queueing, so you never wait on a region that may not arrive.

## Why we are building docs for a product with no nodes

Because the CLI and the [MCP server](/docs/mcp) are the product. A preview of the CLI is [published to npm](https://www.npmjs.com/package/kraftify-cli) and runs locally today; the commands documented here are the ones that ship once the server side exists. When a region is funded the API arrives behind them and nothing you write against this documentation changes.
